What's the difference between the plans?

Every plan starts with the property and comparable database, mapping, spreadsheet import, file management, and security controls. Professional adds assignments and dashboard workflow, client management, AI-assisted tools, sharing, static exports, and the Office Add-in. Business adds bidding and client portal workflows, invoicing with QuickBooks or Xero sync, API access, and automated email intake.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time from your organization settings. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Can you migrate our existing database and report template?

For qualifying new accounts, we offer complimentary migration of eligible existing data. We also convert existing Word report templates to the re-base.io tagging structure for free while preserving the familiar layout and branding. We review your files first and confirm the included records, format, cleanup needs, timing, and availability before work begins. Complex cleanup, unsupported sources, and ongoing imports may require a separate scope.

How does seat-based pricing work?

You choose the number of active seats your organization needs. That purchased seat count becomes the organization user limit. Monthly parcel credit and AI credit allowances start with a base organization amount, then add a smaller increment for each additional purchased seat.

How do included usage and overage billing work?

Included parcel credits and AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Storage is pooled by organization: 15 GB on Standard, 30 GB on Professional, and 50 GB on Business. Cache hits do not consume parcel credits. Additional parcel credits are $0.15 each. A typical AI action on the standard model uses about one AI credit; larger actions and premium models use more. Additional AI credits are $0.10 each, and additional storage is $0.10 per GiB-month metered in MiB. Overage charges are billed monthly, including on annually billed plans.

Is there a free trial?

No public self-serve trial is offered in this flow. If you want to evaluate the workflow before buying, book a demo and we can guide you through it separately.

Can I choose monthly or annual billing?

Yes. Monthly billing keeps the commitment flexible, and annual billing reduces the effective per-seat rate compared with paying monthly for a full year.

Do you offer public promo codes?

Not in the current self-serve flow. Pilot discounts and custom commercial terms are handled privately through sales or internal operations.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe checkout supports standard card-based payment methods for self-serve onboarding. If you need a different procurement path, contact us before you buy.

How does checkout work?

Checkout completes in Stripe. The app unlocks as soon as the subscription webhook activates your organization — no manual provisioning needed.

Do you support SSO and MFA?

Yes. SSO, passkeys, and authenticator-based MFA are included in every plan. If you need help with rollout planning or a procurement review, book a demo instead of going through self-serve checkout.
